Integrations

Integrations are a simple way to connect swiDOC with external systems. This allows you to automatically keep your documents up to date in your archive, without extra effort.

bexio Integration

With the bexio integration, you will be redirected to the bexio login page.
After signing in, you can grant swiDOC the necessary access rights. Once connected, you can configure directly in swiDOC how long the imported documents should be stored and in which folder they should be saved.

pebe Live Integration

For the pebe Live integration, you first need to generate an API key in your pebe Live account.
This key can then be added in swiDOC to establish the connection. After that, you can configure how long the documents should be archived and where they should be stored inside swiDOC.

Email Integration

The Email integration allows you to send documents directly to your archive via email.
swiDOC provides you with a dedicated email address where you can forward your messages. Both the email itself and all attachments are automatically stored in the folder of your choice.

Infinity Finance Integration

To connect Infinity Finance with swiDOC, simply add your swiDOC API key into your Infinity Finance account and activate the integration there. Once enabled, the systems are linked and ready to work together seamlessly.
